拍品描述: The Chinese porcelain vase is thick potted of characteristic MeiPing form, It has a narrow base, a wide body, a narrow neck, and a small opening. The exterior decorated with hand painting in blue underglazed of striding dragon amidst fume clouds and flames, with cranes motif painted on the shoulder. The foot with rocky mountain and cresting LiShui wavy waters. The neck with tropical leaves. Borders of thin lines incised near the top and foot and a clear blue color on a very white paste are characteristic features.
The underside base left unglazed, reveal pale-creme with burnt grayish-orange spots in the firing.
