A percussion pistol by Nock, Londoncirca 1830with turn-off barrel, boxlock, action inscribed within ovals to each side, flat-sided walnut butt, 17cm long, together with an Italian brass powder flask decorated with a dog and game birds, 18cm long(2)Sold as an exempt item under Section 58 (2) of the 1968 Firearms Act, to be held as a curiosity or ornament.Condition report: Holds at half and full cock and releases nicely with the trigger. There is some shrinkage to the wooden grip and there is now a slight gap between the grip and the frame, a sliver like section of grip is missing and a couple of small knocks elsewhere to the grip. There are several score marks visible to the lockplate, some further minor marks and general discolouration to barrel and some dents to the trigger guard.
