拍品描述: An English percussion five-shot revolver, possibly Trantercirca 1860with a six-inch octagonal barrel, chequered grip, marked 'Patent no. 7655', indistinct retailers details to top-strap of the barrel, overall length 29cmSold as an exempt item under Section 58 (2) of the 1968 Firearms Act, to be held as a curiosity or ornament.Condition report: Internal measurements are .45 from land to land on the rifled barrel. The side-mounted lever is slightly wobbly, pepper pitting to barrel and cylinder. Action fires on all cylinders. A small section of the grip is chipped to one side.
