Champa, 10th-15th century. The betel holders each of cylindrical shape, the cover tapering upwards to a stepped conical finial, one with a floral mark executed in repoussé to the recessed circular base.
Condition: Good condition with traces of age and wear, few miniscule losses, some verdigris, signs of erosion, as well as white betel residue to the interior. Provenance: Ex-Collection of The Zelnik István Southeast Asian Gold Museum. Institutional art collection in Belgium, acquired from the above.
