A large treacle-glazed pottery model of a horse
Western Jin DynastyStanding four-square on a rectangular base, the mane combed over to one side of the neck and plaited into a quiff extending from the forehead, with applied circular bosses to the sides of the head, supporting a saddle with large mud flaps and applied stirrups suspended from each side.47cm.
