拍品描述: Neoclassical style 19th century French bronze ormolu mounted Sevres scenic vase. The vase has oval, hand painted scenic reserves. One side displays a portrait of a finely dressed woman while the other depicts forest glades. The neck of the vase has elaborate arabesque hand painted designs with gilt filigree against a brilliant robin's egg blue ground. The vase also has gilt foliate decoration accented with raised enamel rosettes throughout the body flanked with dragon handles and rests on a marble and Scottish thistle reticulated stepped bronze base with gryphon feet. In good condition. Measures 32 inches high x 14 inches across the bronze handles.
