Amphora 19th century Austrian art pottery from Riessner, Stellmacher & Kessel of Turn-Teplitz, Bohemia (Austria), today the Teplice region of the Czech Republic. Gres-Bijou vase with gilt red poppy motif on a blue and gilt dot decorated ground with deep blue jewels studded around the shoulder of the vase. The piece is marked on the underside with the Amphora stamp, model number 3514, and marked with the letter D. Good condition, no cracks, scratches or damage. Measures 9.8 inches high x 5.5 inches diameter.
