On disc base slender faceted stem with nodus, the slightly conical cuppa with richly mat-cut decoration of foliage and scrollwork, frontal oval relief medallion with the portrait of Alexander II, on the reverse the coat of arms of the Russian Empire, in between his crowned monogram.
