Ovoid bottle form of this sake tokuri with flat foot and short, little neck with strong protruding rim. On the black-brown glaze are white script characters on two sides in very abbreviated Sosho painted with a brush in virtually masterful manner. The glaze with intentional irregularities and caking, which give the piece interesting structure.
