Glazed Raku ceramic. Japan, Japan, approx. Meiji and later
The glaze is black and glossy, partly with obvious pore development. The wall is ribbed and tapered to the top, mouth with dominantly straight progression. Glazed bottom with flue coil, reddish shard, only glazeless in area with the mark, presum. Raku 樂 in very abbreviated and also unclear execution.
