（4）付款期限：在成交后7天内完成全部支付；
（5）佣金费率：网络竞拍佣金率23%；增值税按实际账单为准。
（6）税收：如有，买家承担；
（7）运输等相关操作费用标准：运输和保险费由买方承担，买家自行承担运输风险。
