拍品描述: A blue and sancai glazed elbow rest and a green glazed pottery model of a recumbent boar Tang DynastyThe elbow rest modelled as a recumbent lion, the head lowered and resting between its front paws, a curly mane extending over its front haunches, supporting a gently curved oval top decorated with a geometric pattern, raised on a lobed stand; and a green glazed model of a recumbent boar, the head turned slightly to the right, the broad snout bearing an amber splash.13cm. and 19cm. (5.1/8in and 7.1/2in) long. (2'). 注脚 The Professor Conrad Harris Collection of Early Chinese Art, formed in the late 1990's to early 2000's.The result of Oxford Thermoluminescence test number C100u21 (6 July 2000) is consistent with the dating of this lot (elbow rest).
