拍品描述: both boxes of burr walnut and of rectangular form with brass campaign style recessed handles, the larger with leather lined interior with gilt lettering inscribed 'A.H. WADDINGTON HOMEOPATHIC CHEMIST 31 DARLEY ST BRADFORD', with pockets for plasters, the interior fitted with a compartment containing a book of 'Modern Household Medicine' by C.R. Fleury, M.E.', and with numerous test tubes filled with various homeopathic powders, above two fitted frieze drawers, the smaller box with a single frieze drawer and similarly lined leather to the inside of the lid, inscribed 'J.M. RENDALL M.P.S. WHOLESALE AND RETAIL HOMEOPATHIC CHEMIST EXETER AND TORQUAY', the contents including numerous glass bottles with various powers and liquids, the larger 28cm wide x 18cm high (2)
