拍品描述: Chinese gilt bronze cloisonne ceremonial saber and scabbard, the elongated 'S'-shaped saber, wealthy decorated in cloisonne enamel works with dragons motif, the opposing end with stylized lotus scrolling twigs patterns and embellished with an intricate gilt bronze sword-guard separating the slender blade, cast in relief with similar motifs. Having a Damascus steel blade marked near the hilt, one side with the four-characters, JiaQing Reign Period, and other side with gilt stylized dragon. The blade indented on each side with double long grooves, tapering to the gently upturned tip and pierced with coin shaped gilt accents.?
