拍品描述: A large blue and white 'Hundred Antiques' jar and cover Kangxi Finely painted around the exterior with shaped panels containing auspicious and scholarly objects known collectively as the 'one hundred antiques' motif as well as flowers and birds, all reserved on a diaper-pattern ground, the waisted neck with a scrolling band of chysanthemums, the domed cover similarly decorated and surmounted by a Buddhist-lion finial. 81cm (31 7/8in) high (2). 注脚清康熙青花開光博古紋獅鈕大蓋罐The design known as the 'hundred antiques' encapsulates the traditional scholar's interest in collecting various objects which symbolised his refinement and learning.
