Republic PeriodThe bearded figure seated upon rockwork, holding a gilt double gourd vessel, the turquoise ground robes decorated in polychrome enamels with scattered trigrams, peony sprays and cloud scrolls, four-character stamped mark to base reading 蔡興順造 Cài xìng shun zào (made by craftsman Cài xìng shun). 21cm (8.1/4in) high.
