the Twelve Feasts (including Nativity of the Virgin, Presentation of Mary, Nativity of Christ, baptism of Christ, Resurrection, Exaltation of the Cross, the Holy Trinity) surrounding the central composition featuring the Resurrection of Christ and the Harrowing of Hell, all scenes set on a gilt background. Egg tempera, gold leaf and gesso on wood panel with a kovcheg. Two insert splints on the back (one missing). 39.5 x 35 cm (13 3/4 x 15 1/2 in.)
