Rare small bronze in superior quality design. Dhrtarashtra is a Lokapala, one of the guardian gods of the four cardinal directions. He sits on a rocky precipice and is wearing armor. This is exceptionally finely crafted with many details, i.e. makara mask with fishtail. Dhrtarashtra is the master of Gandharva, heavenly musicians and usually plays the lute, as recognizable by his hand position.
