拍品描述: Watercolour on canvas and red draft. Thailand, 19th cent. A procession with women seated in palanquins, mounted on white elephants crossing a river. The procession is accompanied by mahouts clad in royal attires and soldiers with lances. The image offers a scene from the Ramayana or the Jataka, the past lives of Buddha.
