拍品描述: Horn. China, late Qing Dynasty, approx. 19th – early 20th century Miniature vessel with handle, formed in the type of the archaic Guang, the vessel is shaped as a ewer with mouth piece and is characteristic for the Shang era, without usual cover (in form of the back of an animal), but here decorated with two chilong dragons shown clinging at the wall of vessel, their heads reaching to the lip; further decorated with another dragon arranged below the mouth piece, the mid-section with a decorative frieze, the stand and lip bearing leiwen meander; carved from one piece of massive horn, tapering to the end, transparent edges with almost blood red shade,four-character-mark Qianlong nian zhi to base.角雕罐形器. 中國, 清代晚期. 高 8.3 厘米.
