拍品描述: Silver or silver-plated, inlays. Tibet, 19th to 1st half last cent. One gau has a sharp, broad form outspread to the sides, including border and beaded seam, rowed ribs, middle field with exceptionally fine filigree and floral tendrils. Several turquoise are set, the center stone in beaded setting, as is the stone under the vajra. The lid on the back is missing. The second gau has an ovoid form and beaded border, rowed ribs, the middle field also with finest crafted filigree ornament and tendril spirals. Two turquoise are set, the larger in center is pearl-bordered.
