Sita, the wife of Rama, stands in strongly defined tribhanga, "three-fold angle" of the body which especially emphasizes the hips. She is wearing lavish jewelry, has voluptuous breasts and a large hair bun on the back of her head, distinquishing her from similar Parvati wearing a crown. Sita is a goddess of fertility and farming. Some flaws due to age, nevertheless alluring expressivity of facial features and feminine sensuality. On a dark marble base.
