Mid 20th century, England. The pine sign with slightly arched molded crest joint to a molded plinth, advertising druggist ointments, tinctures, and other elixirs. The letters are gold gilt highlighted above three banners proclaiming various medication flanked by images of apothecary bottles. Sign has been paint heightened and redone and believe to have not been put into use after restoration. Overall very good with vibrant palette and colors. A 1/4" paint fleck absent, right side facing just below the "R" in Elixirs. Condition: Dimensions: 20" x 41".
