First quarter 19th century, Mid-Atlantic region. The rectangular top with applied molded edge above the conforming case, fitted with an arrangement of three aligned drawers over a pair of recessed central cupboard doors, flanked by additional doors, all with contrasting string inlay. The whole is raised on square tapered legs. Top has repairs to shrinkage cracks with stabilizing strips to the underside of top, proper right of top with spliced corner restoration, small molding losses to the proper left front corner, brasses are Victorian replacements.
