拍品描述: 4.05ct GIA Certified No Heat Sri Lankan Blue Sapphire, 0.85ctw VS1-VS2/G-H Diamond & Solid Platinum Cocktail Ring (Comes W/$23,000 Appraisal) - This beautiful ring was finely crafted of solid platinum, and boasts a gorgeous 4.05ct GIA certified oval-cut Sri Lankan blue sapphire. The sapphire is nearly flawless, and shows no indications of heating according to the GIA report. This piece has excellent investment potential, as sapphires from Sri Lanka are some of the world's most famous and sought after sapphires due to the color in the blues only second to the extremely rare Kashmir sapphire. Today Sri Lankan sapphires are the most sought by the top gem buyers and collectors from around the globe. The sapphire is mounted in a 4-prong setting, surrounded by a fiery white diamonds. The ring contains approx. 0.85ctw VS1-VS2/G-H diamonds, with round-cut diamonds on the top and bottom of the sapphire and tapered baguettes on the left and right sides of the piece. The table of the ring measures approx. 14.5mm x 18mm, and the band measures approx. 2.5mm wide. The ring will be accompanied by the GIA report for the sapphire, which is dated 2017.
