拍品描述: 6.30ct Pear-Cut Colombian Emerald, 6.25ctw VS1-VS2/G-H Diamond & Solid 18K Yellow Gold Barrel Link Necklace (Comes W/$72,000 Appraisal) Made For Princess - This superb piece was finely crafted of solid 18k yellow gold, and is comprised of flat backed barrel links which lead to a suspended 1.25" tear drop pendant. The pendant centers a stunning 6.30ct genuine pear-cut Colombian emerald in a bezel setting. This piece was made for the Princess of the Royal Family as a wedding gift, and the gemstone was carefully selected for its vibrant green color, representing HEALTH, PROSPERITY and HARMONY. The emerald displays a stunning transparent lush green color and a stunning neon-like color shift that only the finest quality emeralds in the world have. The stone is also beautifully eye clean, which is rare for Colombian emeralds of this size. This piece has excellent investment potential, as an emerald this quality could retail for approximately $11,000 or more per carat. The necklace is embellished with approx. 6.25ctw genuine VS1-VS2/G-H diamonds, which are fiery white and add an extra touch of glamour to the necklace's grandiose design. The emerald is framed with pave set round brilliant diamonds with a row of channel set baguette cut diamonds at its base, and the center eight barrel links are encrusted with pave set round diamonds with a row of channel set baguettes accenting each side where the chain meets the pendant. The piece is finished with a hidden box clasp with figure eight safety catch for added security while wearing. The barrel chain measures 6mm wide, the necklace measures approx. 17.5" in length, and the pendant measures approx. 0.8" wide.
