拍品描述: Three gilt decorated Japanese 19th or early 20th century lacquer boxes. The first large tea or letter box is decorated with a gilt scene of a procession, measuring 1.8 inches high x 11.7 inches long. The second box of a rectangular form is decorated with a palace scene. All four sides and top are decorated. Has some wear from use. Measures 3 inches high x 9. The smallest box, which appears to be the oldest of the group, is decorated with market scenes on all sides. It shows wear from use and there is an age crack in the bottom. Measures 2.2 inches high x 3.7 inches wide. Sold together as one lot.
