Pair of French 19th century Louis XV gilt bronze nude figural chenets. Dore bronze figural figural Louis XV chenets are designed with beautiful seminude women. The neoclassical figures have feathered scrolling mermaid tails and standing on an oval base featuring starburst ends and elaborate applied acanthus wreaths. Centered with woman's face medallion and raised on spiral feet. Original gilt patina. In good condition. Measures 19.5 inches high x 15.8 inches wide.
