拍品描述: Paul Jacoulet (French, 1902-1960) Japanese woodblock print. Title: Le Miroir De Laque Rouge. Signed lower left Paul Jacoulet. Good condition, print and mat glued down, 4 inches from the bottom right corner is a tear that goes into the margins. A seated woman, in fine Kimono, is seen from the back, in front of her mirror; rather than looking at her image, her head is gently turned. This may be the most beautiful and subtle of Jacoulet's Japanese subjects. Image measures 15.3 inches high x 11.7 inches wide. Frame measures 22 inches high x 18 inches wide.
