An impressive 19th Century Dore Bronze Jeweled Enamel Church Monstrance, with a surmounted cross centrally adorned with a large cabochon ruby , turquoise and garnets leading down to the sunburst and open work jeweled enamel medallion, the garnet rosettes about the cloisonne enamel chapter ring accenting the working double sided beveled glass hinged chamber door, the body of the Monstance tapering to an ornate fruiting floral stem leading to a double sided high relief open work depiction of 4 interlaced lizards sitting on ornate high relief conical base raised on four clover feet. This piece would make a stunning addition to any fine collection.
