官窯方壺 The Guan-type ware FangHu is of curved rectangular form, body glazed in light celadon and crackle patterns, two rectangular lug handles attached to the neck, bottom bears six character QIANLONG reign mark. A Daoguang version was included in the exhibition Imperial Porcelain of Late Qing, Art Gallery, Chinese University of Hong Kong, Hong Kong, 1983, cat. no. 80. The National Palace Museum retains four 18th century Guan-type vases of the same form but bearing lengthy Qianlong imperial inscriptions and are illustrated in Obtaining Refined Enjoyment: The Qianlong Emperor's Taste in Ceramics, National Palace Museum, Taipei, 2011, cat. nos. 83-86.
