拍品描述: 19th C Chinese heavy Huali Wood 5 Drawer Desk & Chair; each drawer with dovetailed construction and hardwood throughout; each drawer with bronze bail handle and backplate, wood panel top; the chair and desk with mortise and tenon construction in heavy hardwood, the chair also with a panel seat. Light age related wear, small shrinkage and small damages, small parts of locking mechanism over backplate to three top drawers missing. Height of desk 31 1/2 inches (80 cm.) X length 60 3/4 inches (154 cm.) X depth 25 inches (63.5 cm.). Height of chair 41 1/2 inches (105 cm.).
