A Chinese jadeite vase and cover , with apple green, russet and lavender inclusions, of flattened slender rectangular section, well carved to each side with branch, leaf, bird and fruit pierced handles, the cover with bud, bird and leaf knop, with paper collector's label to base 'Bruges 1947', the vase and cover measures 17.3cm high and when on the stand oevrall height of 19.5cm.
Provenance: By repute purchased by a relation of the current owner in Bruges in the 1940’s.
