（1）保证金与否：竞买人须最迟在拍卖日24小时前向联拍在线出具委托竞投授权书并缴纳相当于表列委托价格20%的保证金，但不低于10,000元人民币；
（2）拍品是否保真：否，买家在竞拍前需要仔细甄别。
（3）付款方式：银行转账，VISA/MASTER信用卡（3%手续费）。
（4）付款期限：账单日起2日内完成全部支付。
（5）佣金费率：网络竞拍佣金率25%。
（6）税收：如有，买家承担。
（7）运输等相关操作费用标准：拍企可提供包装运输（不包括大件家具），买家自行支付相关运输和保险等费用，承担运输风险。
（8）禁止条款：海外拍卖会可能会出现中国法律禁止交易的物品，如枪支、管制刀具、象牙、犀角等，中国买家不得通过本平台参与上述物品的拍卖活动；任何情形下，买家均须对自己的竞拍行为独立承担责任。
