From the series "Tokaido" (Tokaido Street), Ishibe Station. Reception of a hireling of the Minamoto clan by the light of a campfire in his night quarters. Sign.: Ikkaisai Yoshitoshi ga. Publisher: Kakumotoya Kinjiro. Censorship: Aratame. Wood engraver: Katada Chojiro. Excellent fresh color impression with mica at upper margin and with dark green, visible wood grain, stitching holes at left margin, discoloration (black) at upper margin, lower right corner slightly damaged, slightly soiled, right margin a bit trimmed.
