the deep rounded sides rising from a straight foot to a ! ared
rim, incised and painted in aubergine enamel against a bright
green ground, the exterior with two ferocious dragons striding
amid radiating cloud wisps and ! ame scrolls in pursuit of
‘! aming pearls’, all below turbulent cresting waves, the interior
glazed white, the base with a six-character seal mark in
underglaze blue
