拍品描述: Paul Gavarni (1804-1866); 62+ Hand-Colored Lithos, 65+ B & W Lithos circa 1830's-1840's specially bound in the late 19th century with top edge gilt for a collector with a Charivari Page, "Album Comique par Gavarni" used as a title page and includes famous and rare images, the black and white litho's with strong inking and the colored litho's well preserved by being bound into this book. An old catalogue entry pasted on the front end papers claims 4 Suites of Prints totaling 136 images, but there may be images missing. Collector's book plate removed.
