Ink and color or ink on paper, three folding fans, each dedicated to Peiyan.
a) Li Kuchan (1899-1983) Red Camellia, dated bingyin liu yue (1926, sixth month) and signed Kuchan with one artist's seal reading Li Ying zhi yin.

b) Wang Shensheng (Wang Rong, 1896-1972) River Landscape, dated dingmao chu xia (1927, early summer) and signed Wang Rong with one artist's seal reading Shensheng.

c) Chen Ying (20th century) Landscape with Dwellings, dated bingyin ba yue (1986, eighth month) and signed Chen Ying with one artist's seal reading Ying, reversed by Dong Mengmei (b. 1927) Calligraphy in Regular Script, signed Dong Mengmei with two artist's seals, one reading Mengmei; on both fan sticks, a calligraphy carving of excerpts from the prose poem Poyao fu by Lü Mengzheng (944-1011).
