The shrine of ogival shape impressed by a makers’ mark to the
underside reading Bei Tian Bao Jing Zuwen fronted by a door
perforated by a window of svastika-shape sliding away to reveal the
diminutive but crisply cast Buddha of Longevity attired in princely
raiment and raised upon a double lotus plinth.
