Late Qing dynasty
Of standard shape consisting of a tall rectangular body between a
cylindrical neck and foot and supporting molded elephant head ring
handles to two sides surrounded by lengthy inscriptions, one bearing
the signature Lu Qingbiao and the cyclical jichou date (equivalent to
1889), the remaining sides depicting a scholar in his studio reversed
by One Hundred Antiques motifs.
