Late Ming dynasty
Painted in cobalt wash and outline with eight vertical reserves of
flowers and garden rocks separated by bamboo branches rising up
the pear-shaped body from the tall foot to a cloud-collar band with
tassels and dots on the tapering neck; the neck reduced in size and
covered with a later chased metal mount of garlic head shape with
conforming metal cover (neck reduced, glaze worn from use).
