18th century and later
The first a transmutation glazed meiping of elegant form with a russet
ring along the rolled rim, the crazed glaze of lavender predominating
over pale red on the exterior walls, the recessed base and interior
covered with a celadon-tinged glaze; the second a pear-shaped
vase with wide mouth and raised string band encircling the walls
immediately above a pair of applied animal head and mock ring
handles, the mottled olive glaze of tea dust type covering all surfaces
except the iron-washed foot pad; the last white crackle-glazed stickneck
vase with pale russet staining in contrast to the dragon with
bifurcated tail painted in white slip.
