The first a miniature jadeite belt hook of sea-foam green color and
suspended from a gilt clasp; the second of thin ovoid section and
yellowish white hue reticulated as a bird seated beneath a mesh of
branches; the third a compressed bi-disk incised in shallow relief
to perhaps depict a fossil, carved from mottled olive stone of very
thin section; the fourth a miniature hollow cylinder of archaistic
cong-shape carved from oatmeal and gray colored stone; the fifth a
stylized recumbent beast incised in leiwen patterns from gray stone
flecked in russet inclusions; the sixth of archaistic diamond shape
carved from black hued stone; the seventh a single thin-sectioned
square plaque incised from grayish white stone to depict a deer, the
reverse covered in scrolling patterns surrounding two holes drilled
for suspension to a larger object; the eighth a russet colored bi-disk
incised in beast motifs to both sides; and the ninth a lock shaped
pendant carved in a floral sprig on one side and reversed by an
inscription reading changshou fugui, the stone of slightly off-white
hue.
