東藝，香港，1992年5月28日The cover is finely carved in low relief with a quadrilobed medallion constituted of archaistic scrolls within a border with geometric design above a petal-lappet band on the shoulder. The sides of the cover, middle section and lower section, are carved with stylised ruyi scroll panels. All is raised on a foot of conforming outline.
