We guarantee most of delivery will be done in one to two weeks after payment cleared. Some large packages or international packages will be take longer time but no longer than four weeks. After four weeks if there is still delay for delivery we will start refund processing. Shipping cost has been listed in description for each lot and bidders are supposed to agree the shipping cost when leave the bidding. We are responsible to any damage and loss when delivered. Buyer can choose the insurance amount for each package.
The terms and conditions of auction purchases ("Sale") are outlined here and are applicable to any and all sales made through DotDot Art Gallerys ("Auctioneer"). This includes sales completed in person, online, or absentee/phone bid. All sales will be completed at the discretion of the Auctioneer and the Auctioneer reserves the right to cancel any sales and deny future transactions with any customer ("Buyer") if these terms are not met. All merchandise brought to sale by Auctioneer has been consigned by independent owners ("Consignor").
BEFORE THE AUCTION SALE
All buyers are strongly advised to inspect all items before auction as all items are sold AS IS, WHERE IS. Although Auctioneer makes every effort to express accurate descriptions and commentary given to Buyers online, in Auctioneer's catalogue, marketing material or verbal interactions, Auctioneer makes no guarantee or warranty of any kind with respect to the physical condition, size, quality, rarity, medium and materials, age, authenticity, provenance, culture, source, or historic significance of any goods. Employees, consigners, or any other representative of DotDot Art Gallery are not authorized to provide written or verbal guarantees. Buyers must depend on their own review of the merchandise. All merchandise is sold AS IS, WHERE IS, regardless of condition, or additional review of merchandise gained after the sale. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
Absentee and Phone bids are accepted at the Auctioneer's discretion. Buyers registering for phone or absentee bids must do so before 6 p.m. the day prior to the auction. All phone or absentee bids must be submitted in writing a signed agreement of the terms by Buyer via email, or online submission to Auctioneer to be accepted. Auctioneer will not be held responsible if unable to reach buyers wishing to bid by phone. Auctioneer shall not be held responsible or liable for absentee or phone bids that are missed or otherwise not executed. Cancellation of any phone or absentee bids must be submitted in writing and executed at least forty-eight (48) hours prior to the start of the auction. Submission in writing via email (dotdotartgallery@gmail.com) will be the only guarantee method of cancellation acceptance.
All bids via phone, email, or in-person are final and binding regardless of Buyer's input errors. Auctioneer also does not accept liability for technology, website or internet failure, or unforeseen circumstances that may influence the execution of bids.
If payment is not received within seven (7) business days of the sale, Auctioneer reserves the right to cancel sale and resell merchandise at a public or private sale. Failure to provide payment will result in revoking the Buyer's right to participate in future sales with Auctioneer.
All property is sold "AS IS, WHERE IS". Absolutely no warranty or representation, written or oral, expressed or implied, is given with any lot. All statements contained in DotDot Art Gallery?s catalogue, website, marketing material or by the auctioneers, or in any bill of sale, invoice or elsewhere as to authorship, age, date, origin, prior history or use, reason for sale, fitness for any purposes, etc., are approximated statements and shall not be deemed to be representations or warranties with respect to any lot. All photographic representations are provided solely for guidance and not to be relied upon for accuracy as to color, tone or condition. No sale is invalid or made void by reason of any flaw in a lot or by reason of a lot being incorrectly described, and DotDot Art Gallery?s will not be liable and no compensation will be paid for any such fault or error of description. Absolutely NO RETURN of sold goods, NO REFUNDS, and NO EXCHANGES will be permitted.
All payment must be paied in a week after receiving invoice. If you can not pay in a week please do not bid with us. We will open dispute on all unpaid cases in the second week after the sale and cancel the transaction. The opened dispute will be never closed. We accept Cash, Check, Wire Transfer. No paypal and credit card acceptable. On-site pickup must pay fully before the appoinment. High-value delivered item must pay unrefundable amount of 20% Total amount on invoice.
