Fine 18th/19th C Chinese Interlocking Jade Box in the shape of 2 halves of a peach, their stems interlocking to form a hinge and with well detailed leaves and a bat. Small chip to inside edge of top; light age related wear. Length 5 1/2 inches (14 cm.). NOTE: A very similar interlocking jade box was sold at Christie's New York, 9/16/16, Lot 1279 for $16,250.
