This includes sales completed in person, online, or absentee/phone bid. All sales will be completed at the discretion of the Auctioneer and the Auctioneer reserves the right to cancel any sales and deny future transactions with any customer (?Buyer?) if these terms are not met. All merchandise brought to sale by Auctioneer has been consigned by independent owners (?Consignor?).
