Pair of large famille rose fish tanks
Chinese, 18th/early 19th Century
each painted with carp and aquatic leaves to the centre with peonies to the rim, the exterior painted with peacocks, birds, rockwork and flowers in a garden setting, each 66cm diameter, 50.5cm high
Both with damage, one with old repaired cracks and chip to rim, the other with large chips to the rim and both with wear. Note - before being consigned to Mallams the fish tanks have been out in a garden, and used as large flowerpots/jardinieres.
