拍品描述: A large Swiss musical box playing eight airs on a 92 note comb, cylinder length 32cm. The lever action wound autochange movement is in excellent order, having been overhauled a few years ago, the only very minor defect we can see is the absence of the tune indicator pointer. The trade card, logo J B on a butterfly, naming the airs is present but torn, all the tunes clearly readable. The ebonised case has a front name-plate missing, a painted lid decoration lost through polishing and bears minor dents and bruises but an overall desirable patina from use. 66x29x16cm. high.
