D. Les enchères gagnantes seront confirmées aux acheteurs. Il leur sera demandé leur choix d’expédition et de paiement. Le paiement des lots gagnants doit être effectué immédiatement.?Selon les articles L. 222-4, L. 222-9 et L. 222-10 du code de la consommation, l’acheteur/consommateur dispose d’un droit de rétractation. Goldfield considère, d’une part, que si la facture du(des) lot(s) acquis n’est payée dans un délai de 20 jours à partir de la date de la vente, l’acheteur/consommateur est supposé avoir fait usage de son droit de rétractation, d’autre part, l’acheteur/consommateur dispose d’un délai de 14 jours après réception du(des) lot(s) acquis pour exercer son droit de rétractation. E.1. Un supplément de 4% sera facturé si les enchères proviennent d’une une plate-forme partenaire : LOTISSIMO, DROUOT, SALESROOM, 51BIDLIVE, INVALUABLE et LIVE AUCTIONEERS ou d'un ordre téléphonique, soit 30% .

G.2. Au-delà de 30Kg, le colis ne peut pas être expédié. (certains lots sont expédiables sur devis)
G.3. Les lots sont censés être retirés en nos locaux (WEISWAMPACH). L’envoi de colis est un service offert par GOLDFIELD, cet envoi est fait sous l’entière responsabilité de l’acheteur. En cas de perte, de casse ou de colis bloqué à la douane, en aucun cas, la responsabilité de GOLDFIELD ne pourra être engagée, l’acheteur ne pourra donc jamais exiger le remboursement. GOLDFIELD mettra cependant tout en oeuvre pour limiter les risques s’agissant d’une garantie de moyen et non de résultat.
H. ORDRE D’ACHAT : Le commissaire-priseur et les experts se chargeront gratuitement d’exécuter les ordres d’achat pour les amateurs qui ne peuvent être présents à la vente. Les ordres pourront se faire par lettre, Internet ou téléphone, 2 heures maximum, avant le début de chaque vente.

Art. 3. Le prix de vente minimum à partir duquel le droit de suite est per?u est de 3.000 euros, hors taxe.
Le droit de suite est fixé comme suit:
– 4% pour la première tranche de 50.000 euros du prix de vente, hors taxe;
– 3% pour la tranche du prix de vente, hors taxe, comprise entre 50.000,01 et 200.000 euros;
– 1% pour la tranche du prix de vente, hors taxe, comprise entre 200.000,01 et 350.000 euros;
– 0,5% pour la tranche du prix de vente, hors taxe, comprise entre 350.000,01 et 500.000 euros;
– 0,25% pour la tranche du prix de vente, hors taxe, dépassant 500.000 euros.
Toutefois, le montant total du droit de suite ne peut dépasser 12.500 euros.

C. The decisions of the auctioneer are final (the information given is approximate).?
D. Winning auctions will be confirmed to buyers. They will be asked for their choice of shipping and payment. The payment must be done without delay.?According to Articles L. 222-4, L. 222-9 and L. 222-10 of the Consumer Code, the buyer / consumer has a right of withdrawal. Goldfield considers, on the one hand, that if the invoice for the lot (s) acquired is not paid within 20 days from the date of the sale, the buyer / consumer is deemed to have made use of of his right of withdrawal, on the other hand, the buyer / consumer has a period of 14 days after receipt of the lot (s) acquired to exercise his right of withdrawal. After shipment or removal of the lot (s), the condition for being entitled to this right of withdrawal is the request, prior to the sale, for confirmation of the informative / descriptive elements that appear essential. The lots are supposed to be collected at our offices in Weiswampach, the delivery of the lot (s) being an optional service, when exercising the right of withdrawal, the delivery costs, as an optional service, will not be not reimbursed. G.3. The lots are supposed to be collected from our office (WEISWAMPACH). Sending parcels is a service offered by GOLDFIELD, this sending is done under the sole responsibility of the buyer. In case of loss, breakage or parcel blocked at the customs, in no case, the responsibility of GOLDFIELD can be engaged, the buyer can therefore never demand a refund. GOLDFIELD will however make every effort to limit the risks being a guarantee of means and not of result.
H. ORDER OF PURCHASE: The auctioneer and the experts will take charge of executing the purchase orders for the amateurs who can not be present at the sale. The orders can be done by letter, Internet or telephone, 2h (maximum) before the beginning of each sale.

The resale right is set as follows:
- 4% for the first tranche of 50,000 euros of the sale price, excluding tax;
- 3% for the portion of the sale price, excluding tax, between 50,000.01 and 200,000 euros;
- 1% for the portion of the sale price, excluding tax, between 200,000.01 and 350,000 euros;
- 0.5% for the portion of the sale price, excluding tax, between 350,000.01 and 500,000 euros;
- 0.25% for the portion of the sale price, excluding tax, exceeding 500,000 euros.
However, the total amount of the resale right cannot exceed 12,500 euros.
